Although not the most expensive unit I considered, I am so glad I bought this one. It is all that I need. No frills or bells and whistle… just a straightforward design and usage. It also is one of the largest capacity I reviewed. Pros: This thing is awesome!!! Cons: Can’t properly close the lid with the frying basket handle attached.

I Love this deep fryer. I bought it for future fish fries with the family. I have used it once since receiving it just yesterday . This electric fryer was easy to operate and I decided to fry up some southern fried chicken and the fryer did a awesome job with cooking the meat evenly, and my chicken was deliciously crispy. I’m very satisfied with my purchase. And I love,love everything about overstock! They have given me as a new member something to look forward to everyday! I believe I log on 10 times a day to overstock because there’s so much merchandise to choose from. Yes, I love that Overstock.

heats up pretty quick and arrived pretty quickly but the cod is a little short even foe counter top right next to the outlet,pulled out a few times.
